Trust me on this one. Do you see that small, light pink device? That is the first Foreo Cleansing Tool I purchased. I originally just wanted something for my travel bag. As much as I love my clarisonic brush, I was traveling a lot and it took up too much space in my skincare travel bag. Not to mention that I would often forget to pack it.
During those months when I travel frequently, I prepare a cosmetic and skincare bag that contains everything I need. I don’t have to worry about taking things out when I get home or looking for the closest drugstore because I forgot mascara….again! (this has happened to me three times!)
I purchased the Foreo Luna Play to keep in my designated travel bag. The device isn’t rechargeable but is supposed to last about 100 uses. I’ve had mine for about 8 months and it is still going. I only use it when I travel, but a pretty good deal for $39.
The Luna Play may be small, but it cleans just as good as its big sisters. Just apply your facial cleanser, wet the device and turn it on. Move it around your face in circular motions for about 1 minute. Rinse, pat dry and admire your freshly cleansed face.
I loved the Luna Play so much that I decided to get the full Luna Mini. This version is rechargeable. It removes dead skin cells and residue from your makeup, and unclogs pores of dirt and oil. If that isn’t enough, I LOVE that it feels like a facial massager in addition to a cleansing tool. You just know that is helping prepare your skin to better absorb other skincare products. I’m not gonna lie, I often use it for a full facial massage after I I cleanse.
The Foreo Luna has become my daily (evening) cleansing tool and I reserve my Clarisonic brush for twice a week. I do still love the deep clean feeling after a 60 second Clarisonic session. You would be surprised at how much “stuff” you clean off your face. You can literally FEEL the difference.
So….why do I also have the blue Luna fofo in these photos? Because I am lucky enough to have a subscription to FabFitFun and that little beauty was part of the summer box! Yippee moment!
